Hello everyone.
Just located your site by mistake when I was googling "spiff incentives" to get the pros and cons for a sales training this Monday. This site came up because of a discussion regarding spiffs. Would anyone like to endulge me on the history of the word spiff and the pros and cons I would face based on experience if I were to roll out a new spiff program. I am a Business Manager within a 13 franchise Automotive Group and would really like some insight regarding spiffs that I'm intending on introducing Monday morning. Thanks

Welcome to the community. That's a good question. I don't have the answers but I'm interested in seeing what others say.

Spiffs for shown apts, say $25; and $50 for a shown "sold" apt.; or $10 per test drive. Reward your sales people for actions, not just results. You will make them be more productive. We all know: More test drives, and more appointments means more sales.
