Setup My Own Reseller Network.. need advise

Hi all, 1st of all, bit introduction of my current project. My job..as usual selling Document Management System for ISO certified companies. Next year, effectively started 1st of Jan 2008, boss given us the chances to build up and maintain our reseller's network .

This reseller's network mostly stand by ISO consultants and System integrator, so what are you guys precious advise and experience that can share with me....sn;
