Is Life Skills IQ more important traditional IQ?

believe that life skills IQ is more important than traditional IQ scores or Emotional Intelligence. Although Emotional INtelligence seems to be all the rage right now, it seems limited. That is why I wrote the Life Skills IQ book. I believe that Emotional INtelligence is one of the components of Life Skills IQ. It seems that people with a high life skills IQ (good communication skills, ability to manage their time, etc.) are more successful than people with a high traditional IQ or high Emotional Intelligence. Does anyone agree with me?
Regards,
Shaun

My opinion is that application of intelligence, not measurement, is what is most important.
