I use three VAs. They do everything from create and distribute my newsletter, answer support queries, schedule meetings, manage projects, post new website content and delete the outdated stuff, interface with members and contributors to my site, gather my monthly business review data...in short, everything I hate doing! Usually the detailed stuff. They are much more efficient and effective at it than I -- and I'm freed up to be thinking up new projects, investigating new technology, and plotting strategy.
In short, my business could not function without my VAs! Best of all, they aren't employees, they manage their own businesses, so no overhead associated with having employees. Even better: they are my biggest supporters. I love my VAs!
