Nothing specific but thank you Susan. I've started a few threads to get an idea for what is more common formal training or self-teaching.

I guess its more time consuming to do self learning. Its up to you whether you prefer following a structured system to learn IM or you prefer doing self learning through e-books and self-help webpages.
