hi my name is clifford and am trying to enter the world of inbound sales at a call center, or i'd like to. See my problem is i know little to nothing about sales. i am great with people and truly dedicated to making this work. i need pointer on how to get though the "sales interview" anyone who would be will to give any insight or help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Clifford, it's great to have you here. There are tons of resources at SalesPractice including articles be sales trainers and sales veterans, and many threads that may help address some of the issues you have. If you want to learn about sales, SP is a great place to learn.

I would also suggest you consider posting specific questions or issues in the "Ask an Expert" are of the forum. SalesCoach asked you a couple of great questions - perhaps you could answer them and then you might get some suggestions.
