I have joined a network marketing Insurance company and I need help in recruiting, prospecting and sales for volume .

Hi Clarence -

You can learn some things here that can help you - get into some threads and think through what we all post for yourself and decide what makes sense to you.

Also, begin to seek out sales resources and become a student - maybe you have but do it more. I particularily like "High Probability Selling" BUT I've been a student of many resources and I continue to study many resources.

As far as help with recruiting, prospecting and sales for volume specific to your business, it should mostly come from three sources:

1. company training

2. upline training

3. other distributor resources
