Poll: Does an even keel disposition help sales performance?
Do you think it's an advantage to have an even keel disposition? Or does having an even keel disposition hurt sales performance? Please share your thoughts.

Being even-keeled myself, I definitely think having an even-keeled disposition help sales performance. I think it helps with consistency. By that I mean, if you're even-keeled, you're better able to handle the peaks and valleys that come with the sales profession. Even-keeled salespeople don't get too down on themselves when things aren't going well. Conversely, they don't get too high on themselves when things are going their way.
That's not to say that salespeople who aren't even-keeled can't perform. After all, successful salespeople have all different kinds of dispositions and personalities. But from my perspective, the truly great ones all seem to be more even-keeled. Dale King
