I am new to this site and am very interested in becoming successful in sales. I just started in the health insurance business and am looking to make this the last career move. I just turned 53 and am tired of working for small amounts of money for hard work I want to think about retiring within the next ten years. I look forward to learning how to suceed.

I know how you feel about working for small amounts of money. Someone once said, "Selling is the hardest, 'high-paying' job, and the easiest, 'low-paying' job." In selling you have the opportunity to make unlimited income, but you also have the opportunity to make very little income. To be able to retire in 10 years, you'll find yourself working harder than ever. But with proper attitude and education, you'll enjoy working hard because you know there will be light at the end of that tunnel.
