Introduction

Hello Everyone,

For the past few months I have realized that I am very lacking in certain areas of my sales skills. While evaluating my comanies win / loss over the past two years I realized that I close on 75% of our service opportunities and about 10% of our software solution opportunities.

So last night I decided to do a Google search on sales training and came across this website. What a great source of information, after spending a few hours on the site I am beginning to identify the many areas that I need to improve on when doing "solution" sales.

I am looking forward to learning alot from all of you. Cheers!

Well tebanks, you're right about one thing. Selling is a skill that needs to be learned. People can have an aptitude toward being a good salesperson, but there are a lot of things that need to be learned and practiced in order to become a superstar. You couldn't have found a better place to seek out that information.

Welcome to the forum.
Mike
