Hello, I'm a new member. I'm also new to Sales. I've been a service tech. for 10 yrs. & just made the move to sales. I feel I do have an advantage in knowing what I will be talking about to customers. I just need to get into my groove with cold calling. I have looked around the web site & liked what I see, I feel I can learn quite a bit here. I'll be going to the podcast page often. I'll be looking forward to ant & all advice. MAXXFJ...

Max, I've seen many tech guys go into sales and do extremely well. They seem to have knowledge that a typical salesperson wouldn't have, and can provide that in the form of outstanding customer service.
