If I offered myself the position I'm not sure I'd take it. I know the guy I'd be working for too well; and I'm not sure I could work for him.

I've had several ex-sales managers hire me when they moved on to another company. If they feel that strongly about my abilities, I do too.

I would definitely hire myself. I am a dependable person who is motivated, energetic and will bring a sense of humor with me. I believe in team work and sticking to task until the job is done.

I would hire myself because I know what my own company needs. Every person has its own uniqueness and that is the reason that there are some companies that doesn't go as planned by the owner because the employee has its own plans for the company. But I can't always do everything that I want to do that's why I also need other people and not just myself to run my own company.
