First you need to set your goals. You need to know what you want to accomplish, and more importantly, why you want it.
Next you need to determine who is your target market. Once you determine your target market, you should place your energy on prospecting.

Where Do I Start?
"With that said, where do I start? how do I start?" --Peter
I met a gal locally five years ago who was beginning a career in real estate. What she did was to attach herself to someone in her company who was very successful - she took him on as her mentor and he took her on as his student. Become a student of your business. Learn how to listen and ask questions. It's easy to speak in cliches we all use and not say much of any substance. Why are you doing what you're doing and what do you want out of it? What's important to you and what makes you think real estate will provide that? Ask yourself a lot of questions - that's where I usually start. The best to you Peter and welcome here. MitchM
