Well thank you all. Yes, Taiwan is interesting and another great lesson in Sales. It's amazing some of the sales departments I've come across. They tend to go like this:

1. "You speak English?"
2. "Yes, I talk english some."
1. "great, your an international Sales man, There's your desk and computer. Go to work"
2. "???? uh, ok"

Lol,, sounds funny but it's true. Not much training going on. I offer sales training classes but many bosses don't see value in it.. Guess that's why the business is so dollar based and moving to China. You'll find those big Taiwan Companies usually have a western Sales Manager (like mine..lol)
