Wink Medical Device Sales

Greetings:

I am new to this site but not new to sales. I have been in medical sales for 14 years and have served as sales rep, sales manager and field sales trainer.

I currently have moved to a medical device company whose primary focus is in the O.R. with secondary call points in the Emergency Room and I.C.U. I sell a mix of capital equipment and disposable products.

I have used simple sales programs as basic as A.I.D.A early in my career to S.P.I.N. Selling and Strategic Selling in my current position.

Once I establish a sales track record with my new company I plan on moving into the field sales trainer role again.

That is about it. I look forward to becoming a contributing part of the boards.

I find that the S.P.I.N. system works well within the Strategic Selling Model. Especially when working with Even Keel individuals and with Over Confidence.

IMO, this is an example of two systems that work very well together.

My sales cycle can range from a rather simple sell of getting a doc to try a new style of product for a different case to a very complex sale with multiple user buyers, technical buyers and value analysis committees that serve as the economic buyer.

All in all, I am a person that will take tools from many resources that can help me in many situations.
