If you can sell timeshare - you can sell anything!

Have you ever wondered what it takes to turn an unwilling prospect who has no intention of buying anything (and they will tell you this upfront) into a customer for life (and great referral source) that in many cases has spent from $20,000 to $200,000 or more in less than 2 hours? Are you familiar with the term "one call close"? I leased commercial aircraft and equipment for a living until one day I attended (after a bribe) a timeshare presentation to get 4 "free rounds of golf." 13 years later, I have personally closed over $45 million in timeshare business and have trained hundreds of new salespeople on the relationship sales approach. I can't tell you how many sales professionals I've met over the past 10 years that "grill me" for my tips and secrets. These "insights" work in any industry, geographic area and in any economy. Who knows - depending on your input, I may decide to branch out as a speaker/trainer/writer.
