New to SalesPractise

Hello I am new to this site. I found it by accident but it seems to be a great place for sales people to interact and glean some great Ideas. My wife and I are in the insurance field. We specialize in selling pre-arranged funeral plans and also sell medicare advantage plans, prescription plans (part D) and medicare supplements.

I am looking forward to getting new ideas and tips for improving sales. Always looking for new ideas for cold calling or getting referrals etc..

Thanks for the welcome. I am learning my way around the site and find it very interesting.
I am having difficulty opening or downloading the PDF files. Every time I try i get this message:

Which PDF file are you having difficulty downloading?

Tried opening Acres of diamonds and Prospecting playbook.

I've emailed the "Activation Codes" to the email address you registered with. You'll need to follow the link in that email to activate your account so that you can download files.
