Anyone have any ideas as to the best time to call back a web lead?

The best time to call back a lead of any source is:

1. as immediately as possible
2. any time regular daily working hours unless otherwise indicated.

Do you feel that it should varry depending on offer type. for example, whitepaper download shouldn't be called for 48 hours.

Maybe Insuffient Info

Maybe I have insuffient information. I don't know the specifics of your lead source or their expectations to speak in terms other than in general ones.

If you're given specific expectations, requirements or limitations follow them, tbingham.

If you post a little more information maybe others will post in with their advice - there are many people who can help with this.

I'm actually not trying to solve a specific issue. I have read a lot of information on the subject including this study done by MIT. I just wanted to get some different ideas and perspectives.
