Do you give gifts only to customers or do you give gifts to prospects too?

Do you send generic gifts to everyone or do you personalize them somehow?

Here's my rules:
(1) Customers get gifts prospects don't.
(2) The gifts have to be personalized some how. Generic gifts send the wrong message. -Houston
