Last night I bought a pizza and found out the delivery charge had gone up. Airlines are cutting back flights to save money and charging for bagging to bring in more revenue. What are you or your company doing to offset the higher cost of energy?

Now at our office with every home we write up we collect a non-refundable fee of $250. Before we only collected the $250 at the end and if the Buyer backed out we lost out. It's not a lot of money compared to a commission but it helps with gas and time lost.
