I would suggest a sales program to learn methodogy and practices that can assist you in becoming the best that you can be. Simply taking a bit here and there is plausible but not the best method.

It is best to invest in yourself and a very profitable profession.

There are numerous available courses and methods but simply put you must understand:
Pre-approach
Attention
Gaining a relationship
Creating Value and commitment
Closing

These are the best and time proven methods from my 27 years of research and instruction.

Good Selling.

Colten, it's difficult to recommend an exact script not knowing much about you or your clientele or your product, but one piece of advice I have is to check out the scripts section of the SalesPractice forum (if you haven't done so already).

There are tons of posts here at SP which will be helpful to you, just search the forum posts.

Perhaps there's a more specific question you could ask which might be easier for us to answer???

Colten,

Personally I am not a big fan of scripts, for one simple reason - all customer are not the same so how can one script address all different customer needs, behavioral styles, and situations?

As far as getting them motivated I would recommend understanding their need for the program, ask questions to develop the explicit needs and get them to verbalize the value of the coaching / mentoring. Motivation is short lived, however, if a prospect verbalizes the value (instead of you telling them how beneficial the program is) it will more impactful.

Colten I'm with Henry on this: forget the script.

Instead, to get the buyers motivated, get interested in them. Ask them questions. Listen. Then help them understand how what you have to offer can help them get what they want.

If you sell this way, with a focus on helping the customer buy, you won't need to think about scripts - each "script" will be personal to your prospect!

You sound like you have a a mountain of motivation so you'll succeed.

Start by asking your "Closer" what he would say over the Phone and how he would say it. Also find others in your Company or Industry who are the most successful at doing what you will be doing and emulate them.
