Smile Sales Training

Hi there ... this is all new to me but thought I'd give the forum thing a go.
I've just started my own business as a Customer Service and Sales Trainer. Just wondering does anyone know where to access Training information. I have a lot of experience with objections, telephone technique, sales etc but just wanting some assistance to put my training manuals together. Hoping someone is out there for some advice?

G'day Mate!

Training information... good question. I'd be interested in hearing what you find out.

I take it G'day Mate! is because I'm from Australia. If so, sorry to disappoint you but I don't say that being a girlie!

Where are you from?

I'm looking forward to receiving responses in relation to training material.

Thanks for your reply

Whoops ... meant to put lol (laugh out loud) after the G'Day comment, don't want you thinking I took that too seriously.

Chet Holmes (http://www.chetholmes.info/) has some very good (not cheap) materials for developing and training your own sales force...including, I believe, developing in-house manuals.

But if I'm misunderstanding your question....If what you're looking for is help in developing manuals on behalf of your clients, then:

Why not ask business people with whom you already have good relationships to show you the manuals they use? Unless they're bound by some sort of confidentiality agreement, that would be a good place to start.

Best,
