Best direct Mail piece I've ever Gotten

I got a piece of cardboard in the mail with a sales letter enclosed in the packing list. The cardboard mailer had this written on it, "Think Outside the Box".
It was from GKIC. Very clever and gave me a great idea for a mailer to my clients.
