Job Hunting In a BAD Economy

Hi,

Any recommendations or advice for a hunt for a full-time
inside sales position in suburban Phila?

I:cu 'm trying to leave a p/t lead generation position
that I've long outgrown. There's hardly any ads
in the paper. I was considering purchasing
a list of inside sales managers from a broker.
A few people told me I'd be wasting my time with
this approach. It's been a long time since I've
seriously looked for a job but I really need to
move on for personal and professional reasons.

My recommendation is decide on who you want to work for and pay them a personal visit (cold call). When you get the meeting sell them on your idea. How can they resist? -Houston
